Dublin Riding Boots Problem!?
Okay so I bought a pair of Dublin Tall Boots and shortly after I broke them in, the zipper split completely. I mean all the way down so there was no hope in fixing them. That was four days before the out-of-state horse show. I went to the tack store (Dover Saddlery) and they were great and had a new pair of the boots brought in. I broke them in and there are more competitions soon. (this Sunday, next Sunday and the Sunday after). Today is Tuesday. Well, 12:16a.m. so technically it is Wednesday. I have a lessons today (Wednesday) and Saturday (the day before the show).
Anyways, with my new pair of boots, the zipper broke again while I was bending down to pick up a hard brush. I ALWAYS have the boot trees in, and all the way down, and whenever I am wearing the boots, they are zippered all the way up. I went back to Dover Saddlery to try on a new pair (I was looking for Ariat) because I was fed up with Dublin zippers. No pair fit my size 10 foot, tall legs. The part on the outside of my knee has too much room and if I go to med height the boots aren’t going to be tall enough when they are broken in.
I could wait until Thursday when the boots come into Dover Saddlery and try breaking them in before the show, or I could use black electrical tape and tape up the boots I have that are already broken in. Should I risk the tape falling off or the judges seeing the tape or should I live in the new boots until they are broken in by Sunday morning? Does anyone else have any temporary solutions with a broken zipper on a tall boot? I found a great pair of Ariat pull-on tall boots but they were half a size too small (Foot size 9, I can squeeze into a 9 1/2). The pull on boots are discontinued though. Does anyone know any brands that make pull on boots, that would solve my zipper problem! Thanks.
I had a zipper problem before a show also. You can either have someone stitch you into the boots at the beginning of the show day, or take them to a luggage or shoe repair shop. They won’t be able to fix them, but here’s a temporary solution: have them reverse the zipper (so you’re zippering towards your heel) and tack the top end together so it doesn’t unravel. You’ll be able to get them on fine (the top of the boot will be sealed together), you may have to have them half-zipped when you put them on if there’s damage to the zipper.
There are very few places that have the right equipment to replace the zipper (mostly due to the trickiness and thickness of the heel). If you happen to be in Maryland, there’s a place called Outback Leather in Laurel that can do it.
As for brands that have pull-ons, there are a ton.

i would suggest getting your feet and legs measured and getting a custom fit boot!!!!
i bought a pair 7 yrs ago still fit me like a glove and i dont have that ridiculous suction problem when taking them off
hope this helps it may be costly but you wont have to worry about having to get repairs or buying new ones for a very long time

Burger King to sell Beer in one of their locations? Who thinks this is a ridiculous idea?
Why would Burger King want to do something so risky & in my opinion so dumb? Fast Food Restaurants are the only places left where you can take a family for a peaceful meal but now it will be ruined. Last thing i need when I’m having a meal at BK(Or any other Fast Food place for that matter) is to see some( not all customers) decide they want to get drunk & behave dumb in one of the only last places left where people can take a family & enjoy themselves. stomach pains that will not go away !?
ok, i get really bad stomach aches nearly everyday. they will almost 50% of the time cause diarrhea and it will make me feel really hot and flushed. it will also make me feel very sick and put off food completely even though i am starving! i have no control over it and i’ve been having it for ages now, nearly 5 months? im on "the pill" and was wondering if this could be a cause of it, but wouldn’t the symptoms have come earlier (i have been on the pill for a year this month)? if anyone could help me it would be great, thanks.
it most probably hasn’t got much to do with the pill you should get checked out by the doctor it could be a bacteria in your stomach or even food poisoning

The pill does not cause this. You seriously need to see a doctor about this. It could be a sign of a real problem. This is not normal and the earlier you get it treated, the better the outcome is likely to be.

Try searching for a census map from years ago. Like prior to 1800 or the earliest you can find. But there have been migrants for centuries.

How can I make this better?
I did not recognize this person. They scared me. I tried to run, they caught me. They grabbed me by the throat, I could not breathe. I looked into their eyes, could see right through them. They had no love, compassion, or soul, all had been stripped from their dejected body. Their very essence exuded misery, filled with hate, anger and depression. Bloodshot eyes darted out from their pale face like a fresh blood stain on new white carpet. Black tear stains shone on their cheeks revealing the heartrending past this individual had to bear. Their face glowered with no expression. Their mouth sewn shut; they could tell no tale other than the one their appearance exposed. Forced to hold all burdens inside, bottled up unable to let it die. They had gone insane. All this heartless individual could do with their despondent life was think. Evoke the wonderful life they once had, reminisce about how they turned it upside-down single handily. Wishing they were burning in the pits of hell not living in the monstrous body they dreadfully created. They closed their eyes letting a single tear wash a streak down their cheek. Slowly they reopened much more than just their eyes. I could tell something happened in them. Their grip loosened on my throat, I fell to my knees, gasped for air… and I walked away from the mirror.

Morning sickness returning in my 3rd trimester???
With my older daughter, I had morning sickness until I was 6 months along. I was hardcore sick and throwing up. With this pregnancy, another girl, I barely threw up in the beginning, but was just really REALLY nauseous 24/7. I felt fine after 10 weeks. I’m 30 weeks now. For the past couple weeks, I have been craving meat all day everyday. And my sleep pattern has definitely changed. I go to sleep around 8 or 9. Then I wake up from around 11pm to 2am. Then I’m up again and really nauseous at 4am and can’t get back to sleep at all! I gag over any smell. I haven’t thrown up (haven’t really be able to.) I just dry heave all morning until I eat crackers or ginger snaps!
With my 1st I had morning sickness throughout the entire pregnancy (smell,sight and even thought of chicken made me sprew like something off ‘The Exorcist’ movie). With my 2nd I didn’t get morning sick at all. I’m also 30wks preg-with my 3rd child. I’m still nauseous and get some vomiting (no where near as severe as the 1st 4-5mths). You’re not alone, but don’t worry the pregnancy’s almost over! Congratulations.

Try to keep your blood sugar stable by eating a little protein every few hours. Don’t go too long between meals. When you awake the first time in the night, try something small to eat. This might prevent the 4 AM nausea.

lol…well most dormatories are listed in PO box numbers. u should have a mailing room on campus and u should know ur PO box number…so when u go down to get campus mail, the PO box number is the numbered box u have that ur mail slips into…it should arrive at the mail center of the school and u just go down and pick it up during working hours at the desk in the mail room. PO box works different than regular home address mail just because u have to go to the actual mail center for ur campus to pick it up…just take ur school ID with u for picture and name verification when u go up to that window…most campus mail systems slip in a card or small piece of paper in ur mail box when it arrives. it will say something like "pick up mail at window"…if u never get a slip just check there anyways when its around the time to pick it up…sometimes they forget to slip one in ur mail box.
